Avatar: the Legend of ConFusion Fan Table Application

Fan Tables are a fannish tradition of common good. If you are part of another convention organization that puts on fannish event and you would like to send representation to Avatar: The Legend of  ConFusion please fill out the application below.

COSTS & PROVISIONS: 

  • Fan Tables are limited to selling event registration or event specific paraphernalia, only.
  • Membership Badges are NOT Provided with a Fan Table. Applicants must pre-register to attend before applying. 
  • Fan Tables may not serve beverages or food/snacks/candy/fruit/etc.
  • Fan Tables are granted based on space availability (not all applicants will be granted space).
  • Fan Tables are only granted to applicants who are pre-registered to attend Avatar: The Legend of ConFusion.  
  • Fan Tables are Limited to 2 (two) Fan Table Workers, Only! 
  • Table prices are $0. Limit 1 table (6 ft). Limit 2 chairs
  • Each participant must have a badge to operate a Fan Table. 
  • Pre-Registered Badges are $80. 
  • Badges purchased after pre-registration is closed will be subject to
  • at-the door prices. ($90.00)
  • No more than 2 representatives may be working a Fan Table at any time.
  • Fan Table Applicants will work with our Dealer/Artist Alley/Fan Table Liaison. 
  • Applications are due by December 15, 2022.

Due to our COVID-19 mitigation strategies we are limiting Fan Tables to only our fellow Conventions. We are unable to accommodate fan tables for private organizations, or fandom groups. Thank you for your understanding.

2023 Mask/Vaccination/Negative Test COVID-19 Policy



***NEW INFO*****: 
Fan Table Representatives may NOT unpack their wares into the Hotel Hallways/Fan Table until:

  1.  They provide their legal ID, Proof of Vaccination OR Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival to the Registration Desk in order to pick up their badge. 
  2. They check in with the Dealer/Artist Alley Staff located outside the Dealer Room (across from Ops Desk)
  3. No Exceptions

Fan Table Pack-In Hours: Fri. Jan 20, 2023
Friday: 4:00-6:00pm
Fan Table Pack-Out Hours: Sun. Jan 22, 2023
Sunday: 12:00pm -2:00pm

BE ADVISED: Due to our COVID-19 Mitigation Strategies Applicants agree and understand that: 

  • Fan Table Rep. (applicant) may NOT pick up the additional badge for their additional Representative. Their additional Fan Table Rep. must provide their own legal ID, Proof of Vaccination OR Proof of Nevagtive COVID-19 Test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival, to the Registration Desk to pick up their own badge. 
  • Your Fan Table Rep. will not be authorized to enter the Fan Table Alley, even for Pack-In/Set-up, until they have picked up their badge. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Only registered Fan Table Reps (and their additional registered Fan Table Rep) will be allowed for Pack-in/Pack-out. 
  • Do not arrive and begin packing in, before going to Registration Desk in the lobby. NO Exceptions. Failure to first check in and pick up badge at Registration can result in loss of your Fan Table spot.
